Return and Refund Policy

• Damaged Product Replacement: If you receive a damaged product, contact us at venusgamesandelecs@gmail.com for a replacement.
• Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
  • You must provide photo evidence of the damaged product and mention your order ID; refunds cannot be processed without this information.
  • The refund process takes up to 15 working days to complete.
• Order Modifications and Cancellations:
